Educational purpose

All programmes are educational. Nothing on this site is personal financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own decisions and risk.

Website use

You may browse the site for lawful personal information about our training. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse enquiry forms for spam.

Bookings and deposits

Places are confirmed by email or phone after enquiry. A deposit or full prepayment may be requested before a studio or remote session. Published prices are informational and may be confirmed in writing for your booking.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, checklists, and annotated examples shared in sessions remain the property of Toolkit Valley Core. You may keep materials for personal study. Redistribution or resale is not permitted without written consent.

Conduct

We may refuse or end a session if behaviour prevents others from learning or if remote connection abuse occurs. Fees already earned for work delivered remain payable as described in the refund policy.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses arising from how you apply educational content. Mandatory consumer guarantees still apply where relevant.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
